Printable address PDFs, drawing import/export, and smarter driver navigation

This release brings a printable one-page address sheet to the customer portal, flexible import and export for your drawings, and better turn-by-turn navigation for drivers, along with a set of map and invitation improvements.

New

  • Download a one-page address PDF. Customers can now open any address in the portal and download a print-ready A4 sheet showing the address details, its drawing on a satellite map with a colour-coded legend, and a full price overview (pricing model, work prices, season installments, snow-depth bands, extra fees and service rules). It follows the dashboard's visibility settings, so hidden prices stay hidden, and it's produced in the reader's language, currency and number format.
  • Export and import drawings. The drawing editor now has a Download file option that saves a drawing, with all its areas, lines, pins, icons and labels, as a standard file you can import onto another address or into an open drawing. The file is standard GeoJSON, so it also opens in tools like QGIS and geojson.io.
  • Choose where imported shapes land. When importing a drawing (including KMZ, KML and GeoJSON files from other programs), you now review each tool before anything is saved, matching it to an existing tool, creating a new one, or leaving its shapes out.
  • Import straight into the editor. A new import button in the editor toolbar adds shapes in one step, with a single Undo to remove them all.
  • Resend subcontractor invitations. Pending invitations on the Subcontractors page now have a Resend invitation button that emails the invited company's administrator a fresh link, while the original link keeps working.

Improved

  • Turn-by-turn navigation back to the route. Drivers who leave a planned road route now get real road directions back to it, following one-way streets and the direction they're already moving, instead of a static banner. Navigation also works when starting far from the route, such as from a distant depot.
  • Drawings now go properly fullscreen in the customer portal, filling the whole screen instead of a small strip at the top.
  • Cleaner customer-facing drawings. The crew's working text labels and line names are no longer shown on the customer's map (hovering a shape still shows its name), and the legend now shows whole square metres and metres instead of three decimals.
  • True drawing-tool colours on maps. Drawn areas now appear in their drawing tool's colour, matching the legend, across the customer portal, the staff stop panel and the dispatch drive map.
  • Routes open sorted A to Z by name, and clicking the name header toggles between A to Z and Z to A.
  • Clearer dead invitation links. A subcontractor opening an expired, withdrawn or already-accepted invitation now sees a clear explanation and the name of the inviting company, so they know who to contact or that they can simply log in.
  • Clearer wording for the sent-emails panel on a location's contact details.

Fixed

  • Driven roads stay visible on the dispatch map. A driver's GPS trail no longer hides the green line marking a road as driven, trails are drawn thinner, and drivers are never shown in orange, the colour reserved for roads still needing a pass.
