Smarter rate-card pricing, subcontractor pay, and richer customer dashboards
This release brings clearer pricing throughout SnowManager, with a new visit-by-visit price calculator, correct subcontractor pay on season addresses, richer customer dashboards, and more complete route printouts.
New
- Visit-by-visit price calculator on every season and per-task address: see what the customer pays, what the subcontractor gets, and what you keep, run by run, with totals and the option to expand every visit with a running total. It follows the fields as you type, uses the same rules as invoicing, and warns when an address stops being profitable, a work type has no price, or someone earns nothing for the first visits — with a one-click jump to the exact visit that triggered a warning.
- Two new price filters on the Locations list to surface rate cards that need attention: one for addresses that pay nothing for the first visit, and one for addresses that aren't profitable. Each work type is checked individually, and the filters combine with your existing filters as chips.
- Include location PDFs in the route printout: a new checkbox adds every PDF attached to a printed stop, page by page, right after that stop, so crews have the location's documents on paper. Any file that can't be added is clearly flagged instead of silently dropped.
- Richer price details on the customer dashboard: customers now see seasons paid in installments, price-per-visit on season addresses, every snow-depth band with its price, weekend/night/holiday and past-the-limit prices, and 'No service' rules — always shown as the customer's own price and only where prices are displayed.
Improved
- Subcontractors now see what they are actually paid on season addresses: their Locations list shows their real pay — a season amount, an amount per visit, and what they earn per visit past a visit limit — instead of "Price 0,00 / Season".
- Clearer season price card: a single grid shows who pays and who is paid, with "per season" or "per visit" under every amount, past-the-limit prices in the same card, and a one-click option to copy a limit's amounts onto the card as subcontractor pay from the first visit.
- Filter Locations on your own business: the "Assigned to" filter now offers your own business first, showing addresses handled by your own crews.
Fixed
- Subcontractors are now paid for visits past a prepaid limit. Where a customer prepays a set number of visits and pays extra beyond that, the subcontractor is now settled for those extra visits too.
- Road route drives no longer skip streets when the map loads poorly. If part of the street map fails to load while a route's optimal drive is being worked out, that part is now retried and the drive is never saved while any map data is missing — so every painted street is included in the drive the office plays back and the driver follows.
- Negative season prices, costs and installment counts can no longer be saved, with a clear message on the form.
- Work type names now appear in the customer's language in the visit-count history on the customer dashboard (for example "Saltning" instead of "Salting" for Danish customers).
