Share files with customers on their dashboards

This release makes it easy to keep important documents right where they belong — attached to each customer dashboard.

New

• Customer dashboards now have a Files tab, so you can attach winter agreements, price sheets, route maps and other documents to the right customer. Add several files at once, rename an individual file, and choose whether each file is visible to the customer or kept internal — you can change that visibility anytime.
• Files you mark as visible appear in the customer portal, where the locations card now offers two tabs: Locations and Files. Customers can open and view these files but cannot upload or change them.

Improved

• The dashboard's "Customers and locations" tab is now simply called Locations for a clearer, simpler layout.
