Drawing imports, per-stop dispatching, and reliable route printouts

This release adds new ways to bring your map data into SnowManager, gives dispatchers finer control over individual stops, and fixes route printing so it opens reliably.

New

• Import Google Earth (.kmz/.kml) or GeoJSON files directly onto an address as a drawing, with areas, lines and pins saved automatically in their original names and colours.
• Dispatchers can now assign an individual stop to a specific contractor or send a single run back to your own crew, without changing the address's standing assignment.

Improved

• Maps with many shapes are noticeably smoother now—drawing a route box or zone no longer lags on complex maps.
• North American teams now see the detection radius in feet, with matching labels and limits (data is unchanged behind the scenes).

Fixed

• Route printouts now open correctly instead of showing an endless spinner, and open already signed in even in a fresh browser tab.
• The button that opens a route printout now works reliably and is no longer stopped by pop-up blockers.
• The image carousel in the rule pop-up now displays correctly.
