Bigger route printouts, richer dispatch notes, and smarter notifications

This release brings clearer route printouts, more room for the notes and messages you send to contractors, handy new dispatch filters, and flexible job-start notification emails for your customers.

New

• Routes now carry two separate notes: an internal note visible only to your own staff and drivers, and a note to the subcontractor visible to everyone assigned to the route. Both appear in the route slider, the print header, and the mobile apps.
• Dispatch stop filters gained two new options: show only stops with a photo, and show only stops whose work type was changed from the plan (with the change and time shown on the stop).
• Drawings can now be set inactive instead of deleted — they stay in the address's drawings list (faded, with an "Inactive" badge) but are hidden everywhere else, including maps, prints, reports, and the customer portal.
• Address notification emails can now be triggered when a job starts, when it ends, or both, chosen per email address. A new "Job started" email template is available under Settings > Notifications.
• Zone dispatch now shows a contractor tag on each address, naming the responsible subcontractor with a matching map colour.
• Zone dispatch gained a "Select all" checkbox that selects all visible, selectable addresses (and switches to "Select all search results" while searching).
• The ISS UL export can now be run for several subcontractors at once, producing a separate file, history row, notification, and email for each (up to 50 per run).

Improved

• The route printout now keeps a page margin on every page — even when the print dialog is set to no margins — with stop text in a left column and drawings and photos printed 2.5× larger in a right column.
• The message you can send to a contractor on any dispatch type now allows up to 5,000 characters (previously capped much lower), and per-subcontractor notes are no longer truncated.
• The "already dispatched" tag now explains itself on hover, showing when a stop is planned and/or when it finished (in your time zone). Addresses finished within the past 24 hours now also show the tag with their finish time.
• On the dispatch list, the message icon now reflects only messages left on stops, not dispatch, internal, or per-business notes (which still appear in the dispatch details).
• Export file names now describe the filters that were applied (title, contractor, location group, customer, and period), and the "export ready" email includes a "Filters applied" summary in the recipient's language. Times now use your tenant's time zone.
• Clicking a map pin in zone dispatch now opens its card, opens the zone containing the address, and scrolls to and highlights that row.
• The drawing toolbar now stays on a single row and scrolls sideways with edge fades, a scrollbar, and mouse-wheel support, keeping the selected tool in view. The zoom buttons no longer overlap the top bar, export legend choices are laid out two-by-two for readability, picking a swatch arms the Draw tool when appropriate, and the tool form and export panel no longer stack on top of each other.

Fixed

• The helpdesk chat bubble no longer appears on printed route pages.
