Faster customer selection on large customer lists

This release makes it easier to find and select customers on accounts with large customer registers.

Fixed

• Customer selection now searches your full customer list from the server, so you can reliably pick a customer even with very large registers (thousands of customers). This applies when setting the customer on an address, filtering locations, choosing a customer for an offer, and approving an offer for a prospect.
• Location filtering can now include inactive customers, so their addresses remain filterable.
• Searching with no results no longer incorrectly suggests that you have no customers at all.
