Correct seasonal subcontractor billing

This release corrects how seasonal subcontractor costs are calculated so contractors are paid the right amount.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue where per-season subcontractor rates could be settled as a full season's payment for every completed visit to an address. Seasonal costs now correctly follow the customer and are paid out over the season's installments rather than per visit.
