Route map, seasonal pricing on one row, and account/session fixes (SnowManager)

This release adds a whole-tenant route map, simplifies seasonal pricing, and clears up several session, mobile, and address issues.

Route map (Rutekort): A new map under Routes shows every route on one map, each in its own colour. Pick a route to see stops numbered in visiting order, direction arrows along the line, and its stops listed alongside; click a stop to fly there. Filters (work type, contractor, road vs. stop routes) and search narrow the list and map together, search reaches individual stops and addresses, and Edit opens the right route builder.
Duplicate address warning: Creating an address now shows a note when the exact street, postcode and town already exist for your company.
Drag-and-drop file uploads: Drop one or several files at once onto addresses and subcontractors.
Per-file visibility control: Choose who can see each file (Name, Driver, Customer) from a clear table, including on files you have just uploaded but not yet saved.

Seasonal pricing is now one price per address: A per-season address carries a single season total, installments and cost above the work-type table, with work-type rows showing their own cost. Existing cards were converted with no change to what anyone is billed.
Subcontractor settlement follows the actual hand-over: Payment now follows who handed the work to whom, so a subcontractor working for two parents is paid through the right one.
Large customer registers stay fast: The customer picker now searches on the server as you type. Every picker shows at most 100 results at a time and tells you how many more a search would reach.
Adding addresses to a subcontractor now has a search box and a running list of what you have picked.
Cost warnings appear sooner: The cost box flags when it is above the price while you are still on that field.
Clearer driver invitations: When a company invitation must be accepted before drivers answer theirs, drivers now see what is actually outstanding instead of a "dispatch not found" message (in all three languages).
Driver app info page now links directly to the app stores.
Danish label fix: The "Clear" action now reads "Nulstil" instead of "Klar".

Unsaved route drawings are no longer lost when your session renews or you are signed out and back in; your draft is kept safely in the browser.
Saving your own account no longer signs you out, even if a tab has been left open past the sign-in window.
Route map no longer crashes for Danish and Swedish users opening "show all other routes"; a single unreadable shape can no longer take the whole map down.
Mobile route invitations work again: Accepting a route invitation no longer wrongly reports the dispatch as cancelled, and routes can be started.
Answering on a contractor's behalf from the office (accept or decline) now works for awaiting dispatches.
Deactivated addresses now come off their routes automatically and no longer appear on zones or zone dispatches.
