Owner–subcontractor settlements, partner files, and offer pricing fixes

This release adds ways for owners and subcontractors to agree and document their work together, sharpens the offers and drawing workflows, and brings a range of usability fixes across the web app.

New

• Monthly and daily overview for owners and subcontractors. New Månedsoversigt and Dagsoversigt screens let a business owner and a subcontractor agree which addresses were serviced on which days, with structured change requests (add, remove or change a job), per-sheet comments, a two-step confirm-and-approve flow, a signed/unsigned calendar, a contractor landing page, and notifications throughout.
• Partners list with shared files. Samarbejdspartnere now shows both directions of every cooperation relationship in one place, and each relationship can hold files (agreements, appendices and other documents) that either side can upload as shared to both businesses or kept internal to the uploader.
• Remove a user from the Users list. The remove action is now available directly on the row, not just in the details panel.
• Remove an address from an offer. Draft, Sent and Declined offers can now have an address removed, with a clear confirmation that names the address and warns when it is the customer's last one.

Improved

• Offer approval now charges the quoted price. Approving a sent offer uses the figures from when it was quoted rather than re-pricing to today's rates, and the dialog shows any difference so you can decide deliberately. Offers sent before quotes were stored are clearly marked.
• Overlapping areas are no longer double-charged. Offer pricing now measures the combined area per tool, so ground covered by two overlapping shapes of the same tool is counted once. Because prices are calculated live, this can change totals on existing offers up or down.
• A smoother drawing editor. Clearer tool swatches across the toolbar, panels and legend; one consistent way to add a corner by dragging an edge; shapes stay anchored so you can't move a traced area by accident; and a selection action bar for delete and merge.
• Drawing toolbar order stays put. The toolbar order is now saved for the whole business and follows everyone to any browser or machine instead of being lost with a cleared cache.
• Live map opens on today. With no day selected the map now shows today's work (including finished runs) and "Back to today" behaves correctly. The sidebar groups by zone, company, route and address, per-stop eye toggles hide individual stops on shared routes, and stops without a drawn area show their geofence circle.
• Manual registrations are labelled. Stops and invoice lines registered by hand now show who registered them.
• Faster loading, most noticeably on larger accounts.

Fixed

• The View button on location drawings now works; previews are captured during autosave and existing drawings heal when opened.
• New drawings no longer default to Copenhagen City Hall when a location has a position of its own.
• The delete action is no longer shown to users who lack permission to use it.
• Customers without a saved phone number can now be edited and saved from the edit popup.
• Stacked pop-ups (for example a discard prompt over a slider) no longer place a dark overlay above their own content.
