Cleaner upgrade prompts and correct pay for subcontractors

This release fixes two issues that affected users on the Free plan and subcontractors working on assigned addresses.

Fixed

• The "Upgrade to Pro" dialog no longer opens on its own or blocks the page. Actions that require a paid plan now show a clear message pointing to the "Upgrade to Pro" button in the sidebar, which is the only place that opens the dialog. The dialog has also been restyled with better spacing, fits nicely on phones, and closes via the X, the Escape key, or by clicking outside it.
• Subcontractors now see the correct amount they are paid for assigned addresses. Previously these showed "Missing prices" or 0.00 per season; the locations list and address details now display the price paid by the assigning business.
