Offers, smarter dispatch, route sharing, and refreshed emails

This release introduces a full offers workflow, a much smarter dispatch board, new route visibility between owners and subcontractors, and a cleaner email design, along with many fixes from real-world testing.

New

• Offers: build and price offers straight from a work type's area tiers, quote them to a brand-new prospect or an existing customer, send with just a drawing, and approve them into a real, priced address. Subcontractor work is priced at cost plus your margin, and you can quote per-visit or per-season estimates (with discounts or surcharges).
• Denied and Upcoming dispatch tabs: refused stops are now first-class, with tabs, who/when/why tooltips on decline markers, and a link when the work was covered by the contractor's own dispatch.
• Route types: choose between stop routes and road routes wherever road routes are enabled; road routes work even without a municipality by loading roads from your current map view.
• Inactive customers: mark a customer inactive to hide them from pickers while keeping all history and billing intact.
• Per-customer dashboard controls: choose exactly what each customer access can see (dispatches, prices, upcoming work, end time vs. date), enforced everywhere including exports.
• Onboarding: registration now asks which invoicing software your business uses.
• Complaint-created email notifications and open-complaint badges, with complaints linked to the dispatches created from them.

Improved

• Route sharing: address owners can now see the routes a subcontractor built around their stops (read-only, their own stops only), and the assigned contractor can tune run behaviour and crewing without changing the owner's route.
• Dispatch board: short, searchable dispatch IDs; search suggestions for zones, routes and addresses; a rebuilt error banner of clickable chips that open fix-it popups and refresh instantly; a self-refreshing list; shareable links that reopen the right dispatch; and a table that fits smaller laptop screens.
• Dispatch map: each contractor's routes are drawn in stable colours grouped by contractor and route, in route-book order, with a legend and toggles.
• Stops: per-pass check-in/out on multi-visit stops with hourly billing summed across passes; notes and photos stay editable until the dispatch completes; a photo-requirement indicator (web admins can complete without a photo, drivers stay gated).
• Invoicing: pay-for-work frequency limits now bill visits past the cap instead of dropping them; invoice search matches location and address; declined work is clearly flagged on invoice lines.
• Emails now share a clean, light layout with the SnowManager wordmark.
• Business logos can be uploaded as PNG, JPEG or WebP.
• Customer and location names now support up to 500 characters, and import errors point to and scroll to the exact row.
• Season filters, dashboard hover breakdowns, zone map colours, legend and clustering, and localized calendars (Monday-first) have all been polished.

Fixed

• Password-reset, email-confirmation and invitation links now keep working across restarts and deployments.
• Completed or cancelled dispatches no longer show planning errors, and stops everyone declined no longer count toward totals.
• Logout no longer shows duplicate notifications.
