Cleaner mobile task details and reliability fixes

This release resolves a data issue affecting several customer-related features and cleans up the task detail view on mobile.

Task details on mobile now correctly hide frequencies (and their checklist items) that a planner has deselected for an entry, matching what you see elsewhere in planning.
Resolved an underlying data issue that could cause errors when working with customer contacts, customer files, and customer tags, so these areas now load reliably.
