Refreshed web experience, smarter uploads, and reliable notification taps

This release brings a completely refreshed look to the web app, more reliable photo uploads, and mobile improvements that make notifications and maps work the way you expect.

New

• Machines can now be set to unlimited daily capacity by entering 0 hours; unlimited machines show "Unlimited" in the machinery grid and are never flagged as overbooked when creating tasks.

Improved

• The entire web app has been rebuilt on a single, consistent design system, with cleaner lists, search, filters, paging, loading states, and clearer save confirmations across every page and dialog.
• Invoices, quality reports, service agreements and requests now open in a handy right-side panel, while locations and employees open as full pages for easier navigation.
• Added confirmation steps when removing plans or routes and when withdrawing subcontracted work, to help prevent accidental changes.
• Photo uploads (quality report and checklist photos) are now processed in the background, so large batches from the field no longer slow down or freeze the app; photos show a brief processing state and appear automatically once ready.
• Checklist photos are now compressed like task photos, reducing memory use and upload size on mobile.
• Tapping any notification — in-app or push, even when the app was closed — now reliably opens the right screen, including chat conversations, tasks, routes, schedules and the calendar.

Fixed

• Activating or deactivating customers from the list no longer wipes out details such as VAT, EAN, address, postal code, city, region, country and notes; a confirmation is now shown before deactivating.
• Shift approval and piecework approval searches now filter correctly instead of ignoring the entered name.
• Editing a task's invoice text after it has been invoiced now clearly indicates the text is locked and directs you to change it on the invoice, instead of silently doing nothing.
• Fixed several page crashes, including the asset map and drawing maps on iOS after opening multiple tasks.
• Fixed the "New folder" action in Knowledge, misaligned table columns in the customer portal, and Danish pay-code text appearing for English users.
• Assigning employees to a task from the web dialog no longer fails with an error.
