Payslips, customer portal calendar, on-site refusals, and smarter planning

This release brings a new Lønliste payslip, a full-year customer portal calendar, on-site customer refusals, and many improvements across planning, salary, visits and the mobile app.

New

  • Payslips (Lønliste): generate per-period payslips with a PDF (one page per employee), piecework and pay-code lines, totals and absence, plus a new employee salary tab and an approval traffic-light overview per employee and pay period.
  • Customer portal year calendar: your customers can now see a full-year view of their visits — done, planned, planned-this-month, declined and cancelled — filtered by their locations.
  • Record a customer refusal on site: workers can log that a customer didn't want the work done (with a required comment and photos); a department head is notified and can reschedule, cancel, pay anyway, or pay and reschedule. Refused tasks show in red across mobile and web.
  • Visit email templates: create tenant-managed visit email templates with per-language subject and text, placeholders, preview and test send, chosen per customer with a per-location override.
  • Filter customers by group: the customer list has a new multi-select group filter and a group column.
  • Invoice text per agreement: agreements can carry an invoice text with placeholders that tasks inherit and can override, flowing through to the invoice line.
  • Business-card scan: workers can scan business cards to create contacts from the mobile app.
  • Move tasks from the mobile calendar: planners can tap for a date picker or long-press and drag a task onto a day.
  • Licence plate options: the app pre-fills the worker's last plate, and admins can require a plate on every task.
  • Unread message alerts: a live unread badge on Messages, plus an optional email reminder for messages still unread after 10 minutes (with an opt-out in your profile).
  • Portal access by email domain: restrict a customer dashboard to specific email domains.

Improved

  • Smarter planning for week-based visits: the Unscheduled panel now lists every unplanned visit for the month (no more silent cut-off), shows the recommended week or month on each card, and greys out past days on the calendar.
  • Visit day suggestions: planner cards and the mobile calendar suggest a weekday for undated visits based on recent visits or the agreement's fixed weekday.
  • Staged route changes: editing a route's crew from a draft or scheduled plan no longer affects live routes immediately — changes apply when the plan becomes active.
  • Department filter on shifts and sick leave: the shifts week view and sick-leave statistics now follow the sidebar department filter.
  • Manual time on started tasks: where the department allows it, workers can still enter time manually after starting a task, replacing their own entries so hours aren't double counted.
  • Declined-visit notifications: when a customer declines the advance visit email, department heads are notified, and earlier notification rounds and responses stay visible on the task after a reschedule.
  • Auto-refreshing dashboard: the web dashboard's task lists, calendar and sick-leave block refresh in the background every 5 minutes and when you return to the tab, with an "Updated HH:mm" label.
  • More timezones: additional US and Canadian timezones are now selectable in Settings and onboarding.
  • Clearer error messages: the global error bar now explains what went wrong, with collapsible details and a copy button.
  • Shift auto-stop time: a forgotten clock-out is now stamped at the shift's scheduled end instead of midnight.

Fixed

  • Visit instructions: visits generated from an agreement now carry the agreement's description so workers see the instructions; description changes propagate to future not-started visits.
  • Assigned staff on mobile: the assigned-staff card and its edit link are back on every open task; only Admin, Planner and Worker-with-planning can change the crew.
  • Customer creation on mobile: the create button now stays hidden when your tenant has turned it off, with a clear message.
  • GPS auto-complete: GPS no longer auto-completes tasks that still have unmet completion requirements.
  • Excel-friendly exports: salary export files now open with correct special characters, and a view-only download opens cleanly in Excel.
  • Absence in allowances: working-day allowances now correctly exclude absence days, matching the reference payslip.
