Convert tasks to service agreements & per-employee pay rates

This release makes recurring work easier to set up and gives you finer control over employee pay.

New

• Convert a one-off task into a service agreement. From any task's 3-dot menu, choose "Convert to service agreement" to open the create dialog pre-filled from that task — customer, location, service type, team, assigned workers and their accord percentages, machines, pricing and more are all carried over. Just add the frequency and start date. The original task stays untouched.
• Individual pay rates per employee. You can now record an employee's own hourly rate or monthly salary, separate from their department pay codes, with effective-from dates so historical payroll always reflects the rate that applied at the time. Manage rates from the employee popup's Salary tab or under Settings → Salary.

Improved

• Pay codes now include an "Is base pay" switch, so an employee's individual rate only overrides the code you choose.
• The worker salary overview now includes each worker's own base pay for the period, calculated from their hours and effective rate (or flat monthly amount).
