Manual time entry, quality report area duplication, and search improvements

This release brings a unified mobile inbox, more flexible time registration and quality reports, faster search, and a batch of fixes across scheduling, invoicing and localization.

New

• Unified mobile inbox: Notifications now persist and appear together in a single inbox in the mobile app.
• Manual time registration: Departments can let their workers type a task's start and end times instead of checking in and out, with live check-in/out still available. Workers can enter time from the task action bar and edit their own entry afterwards.
• Duplicate quality report areas: You can now add named copies of an area's checklist within a quality report (e.g. "Office (Main)" and "Office (Secondary)") to inspect several similar spaces, with names shown throughout the report, PDF, QR page and customer portal.

Improved

• Moving a task between days while editing a draft schedule now recalculates the affected travel legs automatically.
• Location requirements (license plate, signature, photo) are now enforced when completing a task, and workers booked sick or on vacation are prevented from checking in or clocking in until they return.
• Faster customer and location search, plus searchable team filters on both Tasks tabs.
• New tenant option to prevent manual customer creation for companies whose customers sync from their invoicing integration.
• Inline create popovers now close on an outside click without saving and keep what you typed.
• Quality reports can now be edited not only by their creator but by anyone with a planning role, and the mobile/web draft view now shows the true status, names the creator, and offers to continue an editable draft.
• Invoicing changes: completing a priced task always creates its invoice, and a requisition number can now be carried on the invoice's order reference.

Fixed

• A task's department can now be changed after it is created, and the task list and filters reflect the move correctly.
• Quality reports with many photos no longer fail to finalize; photos and tall logos now scale to fit the page and all photos are included.
• Completing a task could occasionally fail and leave the task complete without an invoice; invoice numbers are now issued reliably.
• The tasks request badge now displays correctly.
• Hours and minutes, and currency amounts, now display correctly for each user's language and region.
• On mobile, a license plate entered just before finalizing is no longer lost, and the "sick since" banner no longer flags a future booking as current.
