More accurate worked-hours and payroll totals

This release corrects how worked hours are calculated so the totals you see always match the times shown on screen.

Fixed

• Worked-hours summaries and payroll totals now count time based on the minutes actually displayed for each shift, eliminating the stray extra (or missing) minutes that could accumulate across a pay period from late check-ins. Shift durations, pause-rule matching, and salary exports are all now consistent with the times shown in the app.
