Map fixes for agreement tasks, quieter GPS alerts, and A3 printing

This release fixes several map and notification issues on mobile and adds handy search and printing options on the web.

Print previews for drawing maps and service-points maps now offer A3 in addition to A4, with higher-resolution output for A3.

The location picker in the Add/Edit user dialog now includes a search box that matches customer and location names, showing a customer's whole group with a Select all option.
Customer pickers now display the number of locations per customer and list matching locations beneath each customer as you search.

Stopped the repeated workday status notification that popped up every second while GPS was active; the status now updates quietly in the background.
Service-round stop markers now stay visible on Android maps instead of occasionally disappearing until you zoomed.
On Android, the tab bar no longer sits behind the system navigation bar.
Tasks created from service agreements (or without a plan entry) now show the location's drawings instead of an empty map.
Drawings without map shapes now display the drawing image rather than a blank map.
