Request cancellation & denial, plus smarter task creation and invoicing

This release gives your customers more control over their own requests, streamlines task creation, and adds invoice reference and EAN support across accounting integrations.

New

Cancel your own requests in the portal. Portal contacts can now withdraw a request they submitted while it's still new. The request stays visible in the list with a clear "Cancelled" badge.
Deny requests with an explanation. Planners can now decline a new request from the request detail or row menu, optionally adding a reason. The requester receives a single, clearly worded "your request has been denied" email, and denied requests can be reopened later if needed.
Invoice references and EAN numbers. You can now store internal and external invoice references on customers, locations, invoices, and individual tasks, plus EAN numbers on locations. Values are inherited automatically (task → location → customer) and are editable per invoice, and they now flow correctly into Dinero, e-conomic, and QuickBooks (Online and Desktop).

Improved

Faster task creation. The worker picker is redesigned with a scrollable pool and a highlighted list of selected employees. You can now start from the location field without choosing a customer first — selecting a location fills in its customer automatically — and add contacts on the fly before a location is chosen.
Responsible defaults to you. New tasks now default their responsible person to the person creating them.
Helpful Auto-Invoice tooltip. A new help icon explains when a draft invoice is created on completion and how the Uninvoiced list works as a fallback.
Clearer request statuses everywhere. Denied and Cancelled statuses now appear as chips, status filters, and greyed rows in the admin Requests tab, and are shown correctly on the public request page in English, Danish, and Swedish.
Tidier portal tables. The requests overview has been restructured to fit neatly in its card with shorter type labels and a "You" badge, and all dashboard tables now scroll horizontally instead of spilling out of their card.

Fixed

Denying a request no longer sends a duplicate email when a reason is included.
Invoice references sent to Dinero are no longer silently dropped — they now populate correctly.
