Driver GPS trails on maps and smarter service-agreement scheduling

This release brings driver GPS trails to task and service maps so you can see exactly where and how a route was driven, adds a live driver overview for service rounds, and makes editing or ending a service agreement automatically tidy up already-planned future tasks.

New

  • See driver GPS trails on task views. Admins can now replay a driver's actual route on the map for a task — including the streets and areas covered — even for teams that never clock in. The trail is drawn from check-in, an active route session, or the scheduled day, with clear labels showing where the data came from.
  • Live/history driver overview on the service map. A new Live/history mode turns the sidebar into a per-driver overview for any day: areas driven, time driven, stops done and stops left, plus Driving/Finished badges. Cards expand to show completed and upcoming stops (matching the numbered map markers) and clicking a driver zooms the map to their trail. While viewing today, the view refreshes automatically and shows a pulsing marker at each driver's last known position.
  • Day-trail overlay for service rounds. On the service assets map you can pick a day and see each driver's colored GPS trail with start/end points, time-ordered numbered stops, and a per-driver legend.
  • GPS tracking during service rounds. Field workers now have their route recorded while a service round is open, so trails appear even without a shift clock-in (available with the next mobile app build, and only when your organization has GPS tracking enabled).

Improved

  • Automatic cleanup of future tasks when a schedule changes. Editing a service agreement's schedule (for example, moving or removing a weekday) or ending an agreement can now reconcile already-generated future tasks in one step — moving tasks to their new dates while preserving assignments and history, archiving ones that no longer apply, and restoring tasks if a date becomes valid again. A clear confirmation dialog previews exactly what will be moved, added, or removed before you apply. This is opt-in, so existing behavior stays the same unless you choose to reconcile.
  • Planned task counts on the agreement list. The service agreements list now shows how many future tasks are planned for each agreement, with a hint for paused agreements.

Fixed

  • Android service-round map now shows stop dots and the route line. Numbered stop markers and the route polyline through remaining stops now render correctly on Android (previously blank), and iPhone now shows the connecting route line as well.
  • Empty map states instead of blank maps. Completed tasks and days with no recorded movement now show an honest empty state (in English, Danish and Swedish) rather than a silently blank map.
