v1.22.0
Work request threads & ratings, smarter search, richer maps, and more
This release brings two-way conversations on work requests, requester ratings, typo-tolerant customer search, configurable invoice text, and a range of scheduling, map, and task improvements across the web and mobile apps.
New
- Work request conversations and ratings. Staff, portal customers, and outside requesters can now message back and forth on a request, with email notifications and a secure link to view and reply. After a task is completed, requesters can leave a 1–5 star rating that's shown on the request, the task dialog, and the task list.
- Public location work descriptions. You can opt in to show a location's work descriptions (areas, frequencies, and checklists) on its public page — prices and hours are never exposed.
- Link-only checkpoints. Create shareable customer links with no physical QR card; these are excluded from worker scan rules. The tab is now "Links & QR codes" with a copy-link action on every card.
- Configurable invoice text templates. In Settings → Integrations you can build default invoice texts using clickable
{Variable}chips (like location name, task date, and task name) with a live preview. - Fuzzy customer and team search. Customer search and the mobile locations picker now match any word order, ignore accents, work with or without spaces, and tolerate typos (e.g. "jesnen" finds "Jensen ApS").
- Hour-capped bonus pay codes. A new pay code type pays an hourly bonus for up to a set number of hours per day, configurable per department.
- Revert a completed task to planned. Admins and planners can revert a completed task (with a clear warning about the consequences); the action is tracked in the activity timeline.
- Move service points on the web map. A new click-to-place "Move" flow lets you relocate a service point directly on the asset map, mirroring the mobile app.
- Department column on the tasks list, so you can see each task's department at a glance.
Improved
- Faster app startup thanks to a smaller initial download of language data.
- More consistent look and feel across the web app: unified buttons, page headers, and typography, plus friendlier error and empty-state messages.
- Offline / connectivity banner that appears when the app can't reach the server.
- Satellite view everywhere. Satellite/vector toggle added to all maps (live team map, customer locations, asset service, subcontractor maps, and more), and your choice now follows you across maps and sessions. Empty maps center on your tenant's default address instead of a hardcoded city.
- Asset map printing and labels. Print the asset service map exactly as shown, choose portrait or landscape, and see per-asset and area name labels when zoomed in.
- Shift calendar paging no longer jumps back to page 1 when you change weeks, and you can pick a page size (25/50/100/All) that's remembered per browser.
- Mobile service round gains a "Show done" toggle and a confirmation prompt when marking a point serviced.
- Location coordinates are always captured when creating locations via address autocomplete, and the mobile create-task form now offers address suggestions — so "Require GPS" works reliably. Editing a location no longer wipes its map pin.
- Inactive locations are hidden by default in the customer view, with a "Show inactive" switch to reveal them.
- Department scope filter no longer starts up with all lists empty; it falls back to your own departments.
- Timeline creator attribution now correctly names who created a task.
- Setting renamed from "Pause Rules" to "Break Rules" (English), and the redundant Planning "Add new" button and internal ID column on service agreements were removed.
Fixed
- Salary period totals no longer show off-by-a-minute results (e.g. 59h 59m for whole-hour shifts).
- Searching the HR employee list by full name (e.g. "Sandra Plajzer") now returns results.
- Inactive users no longer appear in user pickers for messages, tasks, teams, departments, service agreements, and absence coverage.
- Task pay splits now allocate exactly to 100% and the full amount, removing the rounding warning.
- Relocated service points no longer display as "Issue reported" in the history and drawer, and "Relocated" is now a filter option in history.
- Switching a map to satellite no longer erases drawings or leaves the toggle stuck.
- Print orientation now works correctly (vertical prints vertical).
- The invoice integration detail sidebar can now scroll when content is long.
