v1.21.0

Annual price regulation, satellite imagery for Sweden, and payroll export

This release adds tools to keep your prices current, brings up-to-date satellite imagery to location maps in Sweden, expands drawing and payroll options, and fixes a shift-scheduling issue.

New

  • Price regulation & customer groups: A new Economy section lets admins and planners apply annual price increases across locations and agreements. Set a regulation percentage and yearly due date per customer or location, preview exactly which prices will change (old price struck through, new price highlighted), run the adjustment in one click, and review a full history of every change with who made it. You can also organize customers into groups for easier filtering.
  • Up-to-date satellite imagery in Sweden (Lantmäteriet): Tenants with their own Lantmäteriet subscription can connect it under Settings → Integrations to show current Swedish orthophotos on the location drawing editor and task GPS overview. Maps outside Sweden and tenants without a connection continue to use the existing satellite view.
  • Print preview for location drawings: Both print flows now show a preview of the exact page layout before you print, with a toggle to switch between landscape and portrait orientation.
  • SaberTask V1 payroll export: A new payroll CSV export profile that reproduces the legacy "SaberTask V1" pivot layout (one row per employee). It appears in the Payroll export tab once the integration is enabled for your tenant.

Improved

  • Archive drawing tools: You can now retire a drawing tool directly from its edit dialog. A double confirmation removes it from the toolbar while leaving existing drawings intact.

Fixed

  • No more duplicate shifts: Applying a shift template twice at once (for example, a double-click or two open tabs) no longer creates duplicate shifts, and re-applying a template no longer restores days a planner had deliberately cleared.
