v1.17.0
Quality report views, multi-photo uploads, and smarter shift handling
This release brings a new way to review quality across your customers, multi-photo support on mobile, and a range of improvements to shifts, work descriptions, and employee offboarding.
New
- Quality reports on the customer page: Each customer now has a "Quality reports" tab listing all reports across their locations, with search, status, department and creator filters, plus status and score badges. Drafts open for editing and finalized reports open in a read-only view.
- Tenant-wide quality reports overview: A new page under Customers shows every quality report across your organization with server-side search and filters, and links straight to the relevant customer.
- Attach multiple photos on mobile: You can now select several photos at once when creating a task, adding worker attachments, filling quality report sections, or sending images in messages.
- Up to 10 photos on service issue reports: Report a service issue with a full photo grid on mobile; the web history and asset detail views show all attached photos.
- Duplicate a work-description frequency in place: The copy option now includes "Duplicate in this area", making it easy to add a second schedule that reuses the same checklist items and notes — and it works even when a work description has just one area.
- Automatic employee offboarding: When an employee's last working day passes, the system now fully offboards them — setting them inactive, ending team and department memberships, removing future task and service-agreement assignments, and clearing upcoming shifts (shifts with real clock data are preserved). Saving an end date shows a warning listing exactly what will happen, and the employee's history timeline records the offboarding.
Improved
- Full-day GPS map in the shift dialog: The shift dialog now shows the employee's entire day of movement with task stops as pins, matching the team route map — including road-snapping, a scrubber, and the ability to click anywhere on the trail to see the time the worker passed that point.
- Detailed shift history: The shift dialog's history is now a clear When/Who/Event/Details table showing exactly what changed, with names instead of emails.
- Smarter shift approval: Approving a shift with a check-in but no check-out now auto-ends it at the scheduled end time, and (when "Auto adjust to actual shift time" is on) early check-ins snap to the scheduled start with the real time noted.
- Templates no longer double-book: Applying a shift template now skips any day the employee already has a shift, so you never double-book a worker or bring back a cleared day.
- Employees stay active through their last working day: An employee with an end date now remains active and able to log in for the whole of their final day.
Fixed
- Shift schedule stays put: The schedule view no longer jumps back to the first page after saving, approving, creating, or deleting shifts — your page position and scroll are retained.
- Route popup trails: Workers who clocked in but never checked into a task now correctly show their GPS trail in the route popup, and the timeline column no longer stretches or scrolls sideways.
- Copied frequencies keep their translations: Copying a work-description frequency now preserves its Danish and Swedish notes instead of falling back to the source language.
