Smarter shift clocking, location policies, and approval workflow

This release brings more flexible clock-in/out location rules, optional automatic time adjustment to scheduled shifts, and a faster, more reliable shift approval experience.

New

• Auto-adjust clock times to the schedule: A new setting (Settings → Shifts) lets you clamp early check-ins to the scheduled start and late check-outs to the scheduled end, while the real times are still recorded on the shift. Late starts and early leaves keep their actual times.
• Location notes on mobile: Notes added to a location now appear as a highlighted card at the top of the task screen in the mobile app (English, Danish, and Swedish).
• New approval filter: A "Only with check in & out" checkbox helps you quickly focus on completed shifts in the approval tab.

Improved

• More lenient location policy: If a worker belongs to any department that doesn't require a location on check-in/out, they're now exempt — membership in a single non-restrictive department is enough. The organization/department "Require location" setting is now the single source of truth.
• Shift approval tab: Now paginated (25 per page) with select-all that persists across pages, and saving, approving, or deleting updates rows in place without reloading the whole table — so your page position, scrolling, and edits are preserved.
• Easier time entry: Time fields now display and accept a proper colon format across languages and are more forgiving of input (0645, 645, 6.45, and 6 all work) in the approval rows and shift detail dialog.
• Live map updates instantly: The dashboard "Live positions" card now reflects tracking setting changes right away, without needing a page refresh.

Fixed

• Planning-page location toggles are now informational only and no longer unexpectedly block workers from clocking in or out.
