v1.15.0
Route navigation, new accounting & CRM integrations, and subcontracting
This is a big release, headlined by GPS-guided route navigation, a set of new accounting and CRM integrations, and the ability to subcontract work to other companies. It also brings a smarter dashboard live map, draft-based task creation, and a wide range of polish and fixes.
New
- GPS-guided route runs: turn-by-turn navigation on the mobile app with voice guidance, a live “how much of the route was driven” coverage percentage, stop reasons when finishing early, and live progress that shows on the dashboard and in an on-screen ongoing notification.
- GPS trail replay on location drawings: replay the assigned workers’ movement over a site’s drawing and see a coverage percentage, so you can tell at a glance whether every corner was covered.
- Subcontractor module: subcontract jobs to another company. The principal keeps the customer, price and invoice; the subcontractor works a stripped-down copy in their own account (never seeing the end price or customer) and there’s a free subcontractor plan tier, a partner directory, and invitation flows.
- Accounting integrations: connect QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop (via Web Connector), Dinero, or e-conomic to push invoices, sync customers and contacts, and read back payment status.
- HubSpot CRM integration with AI-assisted ticket triage that suggests a summary, price, service address, department and recurring cadence for incoming requests before you accept them.
- Draft-based task creation: new tasks are saved as a draft as soon as you pick a customer and location, autosave as you edit, and appear in a “My drafts” list so nothing is lost if you get interrupted.
- Getting Started guide for new companies: a step-by-step first-run guide plus a resumable dashboard panel to help set up departments, teams and worker invites.
- Workday Live Activity (mobile): a single lock-screen / Dynamic Island activity and Android ongoing notification for the whole working day, showing start time, shift end, today’s task progress, the active route, and a GPS-status indicator.
- Move a service point from the field: workers can snap a mis-placed asset pin to their current location, logged in the asset history.
- Dashboard live map upgrades: filter by department, search for a worker, scrub back through a single worker’s day, and see task pins that turn green as stops are completed.
- Route popup team history: month-by-month day history per team plus per-worker day insights (shift span, work vs. drive time, distance, stops done).
- Employee improvements: workers now have shareable, linkable profile pages, a Department column and filter, and a History tab showing who changed what and when.
- Copy invite link: generate and copy a one-time setup link for a worker when the invite email doesn’t arrive.
- Per-department clock-in location rule: require (or not) a location on check-in/out for specific departments, with the strictest setting winning for multi-department workers.
- Location search on the route-drawing map, plus autosave, undo/redo and a help overlay in the drawing editor.
Improved
- Service-agreement edits now flow through to future generated tasks (team, department, contact, price, workers, and title), and agreement-managed tasks are locked from ad-hoc edits until you explicitly detach them.
- Redesigned Settings › Integrations page: grouped, searchable card grid with a settings sidebar, including salary export.
- Redesigned task detail dialog and multi-select Status/Department/Team filters on the Tasks page (with per-tab filters remembered).
- Route popup enlarged to near full-screen with a collapsible per-worker breakdown and a cleaner timeline showing who was on each stop.
- Much broader localization (Danish/Swedish), including the full billing tab, and the Stripe payment form now follows your app language and pre-fills your billing country.
- Active Teams panel now has live search and a two-layer progress bar with an “in progress” indicator.
- Customer section now expands into sub-links, and the team edit dialog makes current vs. addable members clearer.
Fixed
- You’re no longer randomly logged out after being signed in for a long time; the web app now quietly refreshes your session.
- Times across the dashboard, route popups and mobile now display in your business timezone instead of UTC, so early-morning entries no longer show on the wrong day.
- Single-day sick leave / vacation can now be created and correctly counts as one day.
- Employee dialog: the last-working-day date picker now saves, and setting a department head now persists.
- Employee department memberships now save reliably and can be removed.
- The route-drawing map now opens centred on your office/depot address instead of defaulting to London.
- Task titles are now populated on generated tasks (and backfilled on existing ones).
- Plan entries limited to specific weeks or periods no longer appear on the mobile task list outside their schedule.
- Bulk work-description translation now runs reliably on large accounts instead of timing out and leaving some text in the wrong language.
- Card and billing errors now show the real message (e.g. “Your card was declined”) instead of a generic failure.
- The onboarding “Take me there” links now open the correct pages.
- The planning board now explains itself when there’s nothing to plan, instead of looking broken.
