Auto-translate work descriptions and more reliable document imports

This release adds optional automatic translation for work descriptions and makes document imports more dependable.

New

• You can now turn on automatic translation for work descriptions from Settings → AI usage (off by default). When enabled, a work description is translated into your other supported languages after you finish editing in the builder or after importing a document.

Improved

• When setting up translation for the first time, the source language now defaults to your organization's default language instead of always English.
• Imported documents now use your organization's default language as their source language, so auto-translation targets the right languages (for example, a Danish organization's imports start in Danish).
• The import dialog now clearly shows when an import has timed out, so you know when to retry.

Fixed

• Added a "Retry translation" option in the builder for language versions that couldn't be translated, and translations that fail no longer leave empty, untranslated versions behind.
• Document imports that get stuck now recover automatically, and if they still can't finish, they're marked as failed so you can retry or delete them.
